Hyerim Cho (조혜림)

Hello! Welcome to my website. My name is Hyerim, and I am a PhD candidate in Human Resource Development (HRD) at the University of Minnesota. I am also pursuing a minor in Business Administration at the Carlson School of Management. 

As a graduate instructor, I teach OLPD 3641: Introduction to Organization Development. In addition, I am a member of the Workforce Development and Research Lab, where I contribute to consulting projects that address various workforce challenges.

Before beginning my doctoral studies, I worked for five years at a South Korean public company, where I designed training programs and implemented interventions to foster a learning culture.
