Hyerim Cho 조혜림

Hello! Welcome to my website. My name is Hyerim. I studied human resource development at the University of Minnesota, with a minor in business administration from the Carlson School of Management.  

During my time at the University of Minnesota, I taught OLPD 3621: Introduction to Training and Development and OLPD 3641: Introduction to Organization Development. I also served as a member of the Workforce Development and Research Lab, where I contributed to consulting projects that address various workforce challenges.

Before beginning my doctoral studies, I worked for five years at a South Korean public company, where I designed training programs and implemented interventions to foster a learning culture.
