Hyerim Cho 조혜림

Hello! Welcome to my website. My name is Hyerim. I am a scholar-practitioner in Human Resource Development. Through my research and practice, I aim to promote employee well-being and create safe and inclusive workplaces through targeted interventions. I currently serve as an assistant professor in the Organization, Information & Learning Sciences program at the University of New Mexico. In this role, I also coordinate the Accelerated Online Program. 

I earned my PhD in human resource development from the University of Minnesota, with a minor in business administration from the Carlson School of Management. Before beginning my doctoral studies, I worked at a South Korean public company, where I led the transition of in-person programs to virtual formats and introduced an asynchronous microlearning platform. I also gained consulting and applied research experience as a member of the Workforce Development and Research Lab at the University of Minnesota, working with public-sector partners to address a range of workforce challenges.
