Courses Taught
This course introduces students to the principles and practices that support planned change within organizations. It provides opportunities to directly experience six different types of organization development (OD) interventions designed to foster reflection, enhance teamwork, and facilitate large-group conversations. Students also learn to prepare an OD consulting project report based on two case studies.

This course is designed to spark students’ interest in training and development. It provides foundational principles for designing effective training programs and broadens students’ understanding of how people learn and grow in workplace settings. Throughout the semester, students take on the roles of trainer, instructional designer, and evaluator of training programs.
