Hyerim Cho (조혜림)

Hello! Welcome to my website. I am Hyerim, a third-year PhD student studying human resource development (HRD) at the University of Minnesota. 

As a graduate instructor, I teach OLPD 3621: Introduction to Training and Development. I am also a member of the Workforce Development and Research Lab, where I contribute to consulting projects to solve various workforce challenges. 

Before joining the program, I worked at a South Korean public company for five years, where I developed training programs and applied interventions to facilitate learning culture.
